Outside of his primary role, Mirik is deeply invested in the entrepreneurial community, serving as an Accelerator Trainer for Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Nederland. He enjoys tackling difficult challenges and is passionate about making an impact through entrepreneurship, having previously founded companies in logistics, technology, and clean energy.
He is a vocal proponent of "Founder Mode, " a concept he actively promotes to help founders maintain their companys core vision and soul during rapid growth.
