Mitchell Sokolis

Mitchell Sokolis is the Brewmaster at Karbach Brewing Co. , leveraging his formal education in Fermentation Science from Oregon State University. His career shows a clear progression, having previously held roles as Brewhouse Manager at 10 Barrel Brewing Company and Brewer at Craft Brew Alliance, building extensive industry expertise.

His passion for brewing originated from a homebrewing hobby, which he transformed into a profession by pursuing a specialized degree. Outside of the brewery, Mitchell appreciates the craft and creativity involved in his work and enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scene in Houston.

He decided to pursue a professional career in brewing after receiving a homebrew kit as a gift.
