Mrigank Tripathi

Mrigank Tripathi is the President of Growth at PeopleStrong, leading global expansion with a focus on India and the MEA region. A serial entrepreneur with two successful exits, he is a seasoned expert in scaling SaaS ventures from the ground up to established enterprises. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Outside of work, Mrigank is an Advanced PADI certified Scuba diver who enjoys squash, swimming, and trekking. He is passionate about giving back to the entrepreneurial community by mentoring and investing in early-stage startups. He also runs a non-profit, Punyaproject.org, which provides subsidized meals to families in need.

Interesting fact: After diving with sharks and manta rays, he is contemplating his next big adventure, which might be sailing across the Pacific or a horseback journey across Africa.
