A graduate of Kuwait University with a degree in Chemical Engineering, she has held leadership roles at KNPC and KIPIC, and serves as Chairperson of Equate Petrochemicals.
She is a strong advocate for environmental sustainability, spearheading initiatives to reduce carbon emissions and promote a circular economy through plastic waste recycling. Passionate about developing future leaders, she actively supports youth empowerment programs and champions diversity and inclusion within the industry, heading the DEI Council for KPC and its subsidiaries.
She was recognized as the Middle East Oil & Gas Woman of the Year.
