Nadia Chauhan

Nadia Chauhan is the Joint Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Parle Agro, a family business she joined at 17. She is credited with transforming the company into a multi-brand beverage leader by driving innovation and aggressive growth, taking it from a ₹300 crore to an ₹8, 000 crore enterprise.

Outside of her demanding corporate role, Nadia is a passionate equestrian and an avid art collector. She prioritizes her family, including her two children, and is dedicated to continuing her familys multi-generational business legacy alongside her sister and father, Prakash Chauhan.

Interesting fact: She created an entirely new market category in India with the 2005 launch of Appy Fizz, which became a runaway success.
