Nathan is an entrepreneurial leader and the Owner of AtWork Personnel in Winston-Salem, a firm that won the Small Business of the Year award in 2018. A Certified Staffing Professional with an MBA from North Greenville University, he has a background in media sales management and previously served as President of the Winston-Salem Society for Human Resource Management.
Outside of his primary business, Nathan is active in his local business community, with involvement in the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. He has a passion for business growth, recruiting, and training, driven by his own experience as a business owner.
