Nathan is the Director of Machine Learning & Inference Research at Netflix and an Associate Professor at Cornell Tech. His expertise lies in causal inference, econometrics, and data-driven decision-making, particularly for personalization and optimization. He holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He won the prestigious 2017 INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner Prize for his work on data-driven personalization in analytics.
