Nessie Welschinger

Nessie Welschinger is a multifaceted entrepreneur who transitioned from a successful career in finance, where she served as the Global Head of Equity at Schroders, to the culinary world. She is the founder of the award-winning Chelsea Cake Company, a published childrens cookery author, and a television personality.

Originally from London, Nessie splits her time between Chelsea and the Cotswolds with her husband and three children. She is a passionate advocate for family nutrition and food education, running school workshops and championing causes like Veg Power. She also holds a degree in music and is a concert pianist.

She was commissioned to create the celebration cake for Queen Elizabeth IIs 90th birthday.
