Nicholas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pattern, a family of brands for daily life. An alumnus of Harvard Business School and Oxford, he previously led Gin Lane, an agency that launched over 50 successful startups, creating an estimated $15 billion in market value.

Outside of work, Nicholas is passionate about endurance challenges and personal growth. He participated in the London Marathon, inspired by the Japanese concept of "Misogi, " which involves undertaking one significant challenge each year to foster resilience and perspective.
