Nick Fajt is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rec Room, a leading social gaming and user-generated content platform. A Cornell University graduate, he previously worked at Microsoft, where he was a program manager for the HoloLens AR headset and the Forza Motorsport series, shaping his expertise in immersive social experiences.

Growing up near Pittsburgh, Nicks passion for gaming was sparked when he saved his allowance to buy a SEGA Genesis. Playing games with friends shaped his view of gaming as a crucial "third place" for socializing, a belief that now drives Rec Rooms mission to foster genuine human connection.
