Nicole Bouchier is the co-owner and CEO of Bouchier, one of the largest Indigenous-owned integrated site service companies in the Athabasca Oil Sands region. A member of the Mikisew Cree First Nation, she has strategically grown the company to over 1, 000 employees, demonstrating more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector.
Outside of work, Nicole is a dedicated philanthropist and a passionate advocate for her community in Fort McMurray, where she resides with her husband and five children. She actively supports numerous non-profit organizations and has served on the boards of institutions like Keyano College and Indspire, focusing on community-driven change.
Her company, Bouchier, was the inaugural recipient of the Canadian Council for Indigenous Businesss "Indigenous Business of the Year Award" in 2025.
