Nina Armstrong is a Juris Doctor candidate at Georgetown Law, where she is a Staff Member of The Georgetown Law Journal. Her background includes a Masters degree in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies and legal internships with the U. S. Department of Justices Human Rights section and the U. S. Bankruptcy Court.
An accomplished writer and translator, Nina has a passion for Slavic languages and literature. She won an international contest for her mini-drama, "Care, " which explores generational conflict. In her personal time, she enjoys ice skating and has a keen interest in translation and theatre.
Unique fact: Nina is an award-winning playwright, having won the 2023 Contest for the Best Mini-Drama from the Vaclav Havel Center.
