Nina Sheth

Nina Sheth is a Senior Staff Attorney at Brooklyn Defender Services with a background in both corporate and public interest law. A graduate of New York University School of Law, she previously worked as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP before transitioning to her current role in public defense.

Nina has a demonstrated passion for international human rights and humanitarian aid. Before her legal career, she worked as a Senior Program Associate for humanitarian and health media in Africa and has interests in organizations like the Open Society Foundations and the International Rescue Committee.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Nina worked on humanitarian and health media initiatives in Africa.
