Nyah Clarke

Nyah is a Creative Operations Consultant and the Founder of 23: 23, a consultancy that helps ambitious creative teams scale by building strong operational foundations. Her extensive experience includes roles as a producer and executive producer for top-tier brands like Prada, Nike, Google, and YouTube. She is a graduate of Leeds College of Art.

Outside of her consultancy, Nyah is an astute cultural observer, analyzing television shows like "The Traitors" for insights into unconscious bias. She closely follows market trends, predicting a consumer shift towards tangible, "outdoorsy" experiences and away from the purely digital. She is also passionate about empowering freelancers to navigate career changes.

After being told she should have built an agencys operational infrastructure for free, she instead founded her own consultancy to do just that.
