Oby Bamidele

Oby Bamidele is the CEO of Uptree, a mission-driven leader with over 15 years of experience scaling organizations at the intersection of tech, education, and social impact. Her career, which began in finance, is now focused on driving equity and access for young people, leveraging her expertise in strategy, operations, and inclusive growth.

Outside of her executive role, Oby is a qualified psychotherapist, author, and mental health advocate. She founded BARE Life Class, a platform to support the mental wellbeing of Black women, and serves on the board of Connecting Stories, a womens empowerment community. She is also a practicing Christian whose faith is a cornerstone of her life.

Unique fact: Oby is a published author of two books, "Finding Purpose" and "Me, My Hair and the Rest, " which explore her personal journey of self-discovery and authenticity.
