He is a graduate of the Università degli Studi di Trieste and is currently overseeing a significant expansion of Ferreros Canadian manufacturing operations.
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Omar demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and community involvement. He has recently earned certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and in project management, and he is also a graduate of the Halton Regional Police Services Citizen Police Academy, showing a keen interest in local civic engagement.
He is part of a major initiative to produce Nutella Biscuits for the first time outside of Europe.
