Otuoze Baiye, CISSP, CRISC

Otuoze Baiye is the Founder and CEO of Black Knight Risk Management, an advisory firm for financial institutions. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Missile Defense Officer, his unique perspective is shaped by his past as a Bank Examiner for the U.S. Treasury and NYSDFS. People hes worked with describe him as hardworking, driven, and intelligent.

He is passionate about mentorship and education in the cybersecurity field, recently co-facilitating a cyber crisis exercise for college students. Otuoze believes in the power of networking, advising others to "make connections" and "say yes to as many things as possible." His connection to his alma mater, West Point, inspired his companys name.

Unique fact: Otuoze transitioned from being a U.S. Army Missile Defense Officer to a top cybersecurity and risk examiner for federal and state banking regulators.
