Login to view DISC.Paul Buck is the CEO and Founder of EPIC Global Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to preventing gambling-related harm. Leveraging his personal experience of overcoming a severe gambling addiction, he established the company to educate and advise high-risk sectors globally. Paul is the GBEA Global Entrepreneur of the Year for 2025 and studied at the University of Leeds.
Outside of his primary role, Paul founded the EPIC Restart Foundation to support others recovering from gambling addiction. His personal journey is his professional motivation, and he frequently shares his story to raise awareness. He is a fan of the Rocky film series and the band Oasis, and supports the Preston North End football club.
Inspired by his own recovery, Paul founded his global company after experiencing a 17-year pathological gambling disorder that he kept entirely secret.
