Paula Vest-Woodfolk

Paula Vest-Woodfolk is the Founder of Helping Families Hope & Heal, where she serves as a Parent Educator and Coach. With over 30 years of experience, she is a trained Family Mediator and an approved instructor for the VA Supreme Courts co-parenting classes, specializing in supporting parents through challenging situations.

Originally from Charlottesville, VA, Paula is a dedicated community servant with a background in therapeutic foster care and the adult correctional system. She is passionate about helping families reconnect and providing them with tools for effective communication. She and her husband have two adult children.

She has a unique background working as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), directly engaging with the family court system.
