Pauline Fischer is a global content executive who founded Netflixs Original Films group, building its award-winning slate from the ground up. Now leading Propel Entertainment Group and serving on the board of Hallmark Cards, she focuses on producing and distributing diverse, creative stories worldwide. She holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from UCLA.
Fischer is deeply committed to fostering opportunities for diverse talent. She is the board chair of Ednovate, a network of public charter high schools, and a founding board member of The Blackhouse Foundation, which supports Black independent filmmakers and executives. Her work reflects a passion for creating positive multi-generational change through mentorship and storytelling.
She co-founded The International Writers Lab, an accelerator supporting experienced writers across Africa.
