Now leading Propel Entertainment Group and serving on the board of Hallmark Cards, she focuses on producing and distributing diverse, creative stories worldwide. She holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from UCLA.
Fischer is deeply committed to fostering opportunities for diverse talent. She is the board chair of Ednovate, a network of public charter high schools, and a founding board member of The Blackhouse Foundation, which supports Black independent filmmakers and executives. Her work reflects a passion for creating positive multi-generational change through mentorship and storytelling.
She co-founded The International Writers Lab, an accelerator supporting experienced writers across Africa.
