Peggy Delfabbro

An alumna of the University of Delaware with a BSBA, she has led the company to become Delawares largest women-owned business and champions its certified Womens Business Enterprise status.
Outside of work, Peggy is a passionate animal lover who once considered becoming a veterinarian. She grew up visiting job sites with her father, gaining early exposure to the industrial world. Her post of "GO BIRDS!" suggests she is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles football team.
As the first woman to lead her 150-year-old family business, she took the helm as CEO in 2008 during a major economic recession.
