Peng Ren

Peng Ren is the Director of Software Engineering at Cummins Inc., where he has built a long-standing career progressing through various IT and digital leadership roles. He holds a Bachelors degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology and has a proven track record of managing and directing software and IT projects within the company.

Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Peng is a passionate and active open-source developer. He is the creator and maintainer of PyDynamoDB, a Python client for Amazon DynamoDB, demonstrating his dedication to programming and contributing to the broader developer community.

He authored the PyDynamoDB database driver, which has been officially integrated into the Apache Superset business intelligence platform.
