Peter D Klochaney (L.I.O.N.)

Peter is a Director at Averity with over 15 years of experience in IT recruiting, specializing in C-Suite, Product, and Principal Engineering roles. He holds both a BA and a Masters from SUNY Oswego. Colleagues describe him as positive, down-to-earth, and one of the hardest working recruiters.

He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys fishing, primitive camping, exploring, and hiking mountains. In 2025, he was diagnosed with and began his recovery from tonsil cancer, the same year he lost his father to a long battle with the disease.
