Outside of work, Phillip is passionate about community involvement and fostering the next generation of innovators. He actively volunteers and organizes events with FUNducation, a local nonprofit that provides hands-on STEAM education programs for children, from LEGO leagues to drone competitions.
He has designed and implemented critical automation projects worldwide, including reverse osmosis plants that supplied water to countries in crisis.
