Rachel Yoka is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI), bringing over 20 years of experience. A Georgetown University graduate with LEED AP credentials, she spearheads strategic initiatives, focusing on sustainable programs, EV infrastructure planning, and smart transportation. People often describe her as energetic, intelligent, and passionate.

Residing in the Philadelphia area, Rachel is a busy mother to two children and a dog. She is also an avid Spartan Race competitor and Crossfitter, showcasing a dedication to fitness and personal challenges outside of her professional life. Her volunteer leadership extends to industry associations like ULI and SMPS.

She has embraced the persona of a "super parking nerd" and is passionate about transforming garages from simple concrete blocks into works of art and design.
