Rai Fernandez is a Principal and Director of Architecture with over 30 years of experience, specializing in managing and designing a wide variety of award-winning projects. A graduate of the University of Miami, he is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), leading projects in the aviation, maritime, and residential sectors.

His professional focus involves large-scale, complex projects, where he has been instrumental in the design and execution of significant structures. He has a deep history of managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile buildings and master plans, particularly in the Miami area.

He served as the Architect of Record for Glass, an iconic 17-story residential tower on the southern tip of Miami Beach.
