Randy Axtman

Randy Axtman is the Director of Operations at Michigan Sugar Company, overseeing processing at the Bay City factory. He is a sugar industry veteran with deep expertise in factory management, production efficiency, and process engineering, previously spending 29 years at American Crystal Sugar Company. He holds a degree from North Dakota State University.

Randy is involved in his local community as an active member of the St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Harvey, North Dakota, where he has served as a reader and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion.

He has extensive experience in specialized projects, including the construction and management of molasses desugarization facilities.
