Raphael is an operations and e-commerce manager with over 20 years of experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors, specializing in supply chain and digital transformation. Colleagues describe him as a proactive, dedicated, and highly competent leader. He holds a degree in Business Administration.

During the pandemic, he cultivated a passion for baking artisan bread, a hobby inspired by his grandparents. He pursued this interest seriously, even finding a mentor to learn the craft of traditional bread making and turning his hobby into a side business.
