Regan Rowenhorst

Regan Rowenhorst serves as the Director of Recruitment and Retention for the University of Northern Iowa Dance Marathon, overseeing a team of forty morale captains. Her leadership experience is supplemented by her role as an Assistant Manager at Sidecar Coffee Shop. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.

Regan is passionate about community causes, demonstrated by her deep involvement with the UNI Dance Marathon, which supports Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals. Her focus is on fostering a positive and fluid environment, ensuring high morale among student teams dedicated to the cause.

Her official title is more commonly known as the "Director of Morale, " responsible for keeping hundreds of student dancers motivated.
