Richard Serafini

Richard Serafini is a Partner within Deloittes Risk & Financial Advisory practice, where he leads the US and global Internal Audit services. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in risk management and governance, primarily for the financial services industry. He is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Outside of his professional role, Richard is deeply committed to community service. He actively contributes by serving on the Board of Directors for both the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and the UMass Amherst Foundation, demonstrating a passion for youth development and supporting his alma mater.

He holds a significant dual leadership role, heading both the US and global Internal Audit practice for Deloitte.
