Rigel Cabrera

Rigel is a Human Resources Director with over 28 years of experience in talent management, organizational restructuring, and union negotiations. A graduate of Instituto Tecnológico de San Luis Potosí, he is described by colleagues as a highly capable and strategic leader, particularly in multicultural environments.

Outside of work, Rigel is passionate about spending time with his family, traveling, and learning from different cultures. He actively practices endurance and dual-purpose motorcycling, which allows him to explore and experience new places firsthand.
