Rob Quartel is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, specializing in maritime and transportation security policy. A graduate of Rice University and the Yale School of Management, he founded NTELX, focusing on decision analytics, and is now Co-Founder of a STEALTH Maritime Reindustrialization company.
Outside of his technology and policy ventures, Rob is highly engaged in public service and politics, having served as a policy advisor in multiple presidential campaigns and running for federal office himself. He is also a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and founded an investment fund for Yale alumni startups.
Unique fact: Rob is an Eagle Scout with Bronze and Gold Palms and was a former U.S. Federal Maritime Commissioner.
