He currently leads a US$500M–1B AI data-center campus project in Brazil as Head of LATAM for Straits AI. As Head of Product at Straits Institute, he directs the development of multi-model AI platforms. He also holds a certificate from MIT Professional Education.
Outside of his direct professional roles, Roger is an established author, having written two books on AIs impact on work and management. His analytical abilities were recognized early on when he won a bronze medal in the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad, showcasing a foundational passion for complex problem-solving.
He is the architect and originator of one of Brazils largest sovereign AI and data-center infrastructure projects.
