A graduate of the University of Strathclyde and London Business School, she has been instrumental in the companys significant growth and success since joining in 2010, fostering a strong, people-focused corporate culture.
Originally from Glasgow, Roisin is a passionate advocate for social mobility and community support, demonstrated through her work with the Greggs Foundation and as Chair of the Employers Forum for Reducing Re-offending. She actively champions women in business and serves as a trustee for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
She was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the Kings Birthday Honours for her contributions to the hospitality industry.
