Rubyna is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology sector. In 2017, she founded FINRAs Women in Technology team to create mentorship and coaching programs. She is a mother of two girls and hopes to inspire a more inclusive culture for them in the future.
She once had to deliver a 12-minute presentation from memory to an audience of over 6,000 people after her slides and presentation failed to work.
