Ryan Jacovides

Ryan Jacovides is a seasoned hospitality entrepreneur with experience scaling operations from the floor to the board level, including for the Jamie Oliver Group. He is the founder of the Pomus restaurant group and holds director roles at Pasture restaurants and F1 Arcade. People often describe him as passionate, charismatic, and a skilled leader.

With a background in Performing Arts from the Brit School and Drama from Brunel University, Ryan channels his creativity into the hospitality sector. He has a strong connection to Margate, where his family vacationed for generations, fulfilling a childhood dream by opening a bar there. He is also half Greek-Cypriot.

His first solo venture, Pomus, is named after the ancient Greek word for "fruit tree, " symbolizing his focus on new growth and celebrating local Kent produce.
