Ryan Weber
Pioneer · DISC type DisRyan Weber is the Founding and Managing Partner at Great North Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on tech startups in the upper Midwest. A St. Cloud State University alumnus, he previously co-founded and served as Chief Product Officer for a portfolio of ad-tech companies. Colleagues describe him as a driven entrepreneur, critical thinker, and thoughtful mentor.
Ryan is passionate about fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs, dedicating time to mentor and support them through his firm 32 Degrees. He serves on advisory boards for St. Cloud State Universitys Computer Science department and the University of Minnesotas Venture Center, supporting the commercialization of university research.
Before launching his venture fund, Ryan co-founded the mobile ad-tech company NativeX, which was successfully acquired in 2016.
