With a background in developing specialist engineering and scientific projects across Europe and Oceania, he leads Syos in its rapid global growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Leicester.
Samuel is driven to establish New Zealand as a significant player in the global technology and aerospace sectors. He has a keen interest in supporting Ukraine, highlighted by his attendance at a NATO summit and his companys major defense contract to provide drone technology to the UK for Ukrainian aid.
His company, Syos Aerospace, was named the 2025 New Zealand Hi-Tech Company of the Year.
