Sarah Quezada

Sarah Quezada is the Director of Recruitment and Admissions at Mission Year and a published author and speaker. She holds a Masters degree in Sociology and leverages her background to lead conversations about faith, justice, and culture. Her professional experience spans nonprofit leadership, higher education, and communications.

Based in Atlanta, Sarah is raising two bicultural children with her husband, Billy, who emigrated from Guatemala. Her personal story is deeply intertwined with her advocacy, and her writing explores their familys journey through the U. S. immigration system, cross-cultural life, and faith.

She is the author of "Love Undocumented: Risking Trust in a Fearful World, " a memoir about her familys experience with the immigration process.
