Scott Szegeski is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, artist, and restaurateur. He is the co-owner of Two River Gourmet Mushroom, focusing on sustainable and organic production. Scott uses a centuries-old Japanese fish printing process, known as gyotaku, to create memory imprints of surfboards for their owners.
