Scott Szegeski is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, artist, and restaurateur. He is the co-owner of Two River Gourmet Mushroom, focusing on sustainable and organic production. Previously, he co-owned and operated several popular Asbury Park, NJ restaurants, including the Langosta Lounge, for over 14 years.
Outside of his business ventures, Scott is a New Jersey-based artist and an avid surfer. He is known for his unique gyotaku art, a form of traditional Japanese printing which he applies with a surf-inspired theme to various media, including surfboards. He also hosts the "Swell Season Surf Radio" podcast.
Scott uses a centuries-old Japanese fish printing process, known as gyotaku, to create memory imprints of surfboards for their owners.
