Sebastian Walter

Sebastian Walter is the Vice President of Operations at Make, focusing on scaling the company. He was part of the original leadership team at Celonis, where he was instrumental in its hypergrowth to over $100M ARR by significantly scaling the customer success and professional services teams. He holds a Master of Science from the Technical University of Munich.

Outside of work, Sebastian is a passionate business angel and advisor for B2B Enterprise SaaS startups. He serves as a board member for the predictive pricing company 7Learnings and actively invests in promising tech ventures. He enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in sports like running and skiing.

To better understand customer needs, he once spent a full week working within Makes customer care team, personally answering user support tickets.
