V. Senthil Kumar is the Managing Director of Propel Industries, a company he has built into a global leader in crushing and screening equipment. With over 30 years of engineering experience, he is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur recognized for driving innovation in sustainable solutions like manufactured sand and expanding the companys presence to over 26 countries.

A visionary with a deep passion for design and engineering, Senthil started his career by reverse-engineering complex machinery in his familys business. This hands-on experience fuels his focus on developing cost-effective, environmentally friendly technology and solving core industry challenges, such as creating sustainable alternatives to river sand.

He recently led Propels strategic acquisition of a major stake in an Ireland-based manufacturer, significantly expanding the companys global footprint.
