Seth Hall

A senior leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and payer strategy. He has held VP and Director roles at Humana, Gainwell Technologies, and Firstsource, specializing in claims recovery, scaling call centers, and modernizing provider engagement models.

Outside of work, he has recently begun teaching 2nd, 7th, and 8th graders, an experience he finds deeply educational. He celebrates cultural diversity, sharing reflections on community during events like Diwali, and writes about leadership and focus.

He has stepped into teaching grade school children, finding that he is the one learning the most about patience and reassurance.
