Shahar Ben-Hador

Shahar Ben-Hador is the CEO and Co-founder of Radiant Security, with over two decades of cybersecurity experience. He rose from IT Admin to become the first CISO at Imperva before leading roles at Exabeam, including VP of Product Management. He earned a BSc from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

He champions a leadership philosophy of moving fast, making quick decisions, and keeping processes simple. Shahar fosters an informal, results-driven team culture and advises young professionals to work hard, avoid shortcuts, and share both successes and failures with their team.

A defining career moment was facing a direct cyber threat from the hacking group Anonymous during his early days as a CISO, which strengthened his resolve to build better security solutions.
