A graduate of Winnicunnet High School, he has leveraged two decades of hospitality experience to expand his restaurant group, which also includes Shanes Texas Pit and Backyard Burgers & Wings, across the Seacoast.
Deeply committed to philanthropy, Shane actively gives back to the community that raised him. Through his restaurants, he has donated over $1 million to local causes, schools, and nonprofits, frequently providing meals for first responders and hosting community fundraising nights. His children are also involved in the family business.
His first job was as a dishwasher in the exact same building where he would later establish The Community Oven.
