Sharon Lustig is the President and CEO of CMR Institute, a non-profit focused on life sciences education. With over two decades at the Institute, she is dedicated to advancing knowledge to enhance healthcare. She leads with a focus on strategic planning and innovation, holding a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia.
Outside of her professional life, Sharon is deeply involved in her community, serving as the co-chair for Junior Achievement of Southwest Virginia. She enjoys spending her free time with family, traveling, baking, gardening, and reading a good book.
She was named the 2025 Member of the Year by the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) for her significant contributions.
