Dr. Shreya Sarkar-Barney is the CEO and founder of Human Capital Growth, where she applies her expertise as an organizational psychologist to improve global workforce effectiveness. She is an award-winning scientist-practitioner who is often described by colleagues as an astute, inclusive, and creative leader. She has also completed coursework at UC Berkeleys Haas School of Business.
Originally from a small industrial town in southern India, Shreya is a strong believer in using evidence-based methods to create equitable workplaces. Outside of her primary role, she contributes to her community by serving on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Vacaville, appointed by the mayor to help grow the local economy.
