Originally from a small industrial town in southern India, Shreya is a strong believer in using evidence-based methods to create equitable workplaces. Outside of her primary role, she contributes to her community by serving on the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Vacaville, appointed by the mayor to help grow the local economy.
Unique fact: Shreya chaired the SHRM effort to develop an ANSI national standard on employee turnover.
