Outside of her career, Sira is passionate about supporting creative communities. Her commitment to education is highlighted by her past service on the board of the San Francisco Education Fund. She is a mother of two and a graduate of Yale University.

As Faires inaugural General Counsel, she is building the companys legal function from scratch to support its global community of artisans and retailers.
