He combines deep engineering expertise, holding a Master of Business Administration, with extensive international experience, having previously managed design and development offices in China and Malaysia.

Stefan demonstrates a strong passion for the deep foundation and specialized construction industry. He actively follows major global companies in the sector, including Liebherr Group, Soletanche Bachy, and Malcolm Drilling, indicating a keen interest in broader industry trends and innovations beyond his immediate role.

He managed three separate design and development offices simultaneously across Asia in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Kuala Lumpur.
