Steffen Anselmann is the Managing Director of the Anselmann Group, which includes Südpfalz Saft GmbH. A certified Master Winemaker ("Winzermeister"), he strategically shifted his familys generational business from primarily wine to fruit juice production. He has driven growth through key acquisitions, expanding his footprint in the German beverage market.

Steffen is deeply rooted in his familys multi-generational business in the Southern Palatinate. His formal passion lies in winemaking and cellar management, a craft passed down through his family. This dedication to regional quality is the foundation of his companies, which focus on creating products reflecting their local origin.
